Controlled Heat Treatment
Computerized vacuum hardening and tempering yielding pattern-specific HRC hardness ratings (48–54 HRC for cutting edges) to maximize edge retention and fatigue life.
Ultrasonic Passivation
Multi-stage nitric/citric acid passivation and ultrasonic cleaning to maximize chromium oxide surface layer purity for superior resistance to repeated steam autoclave cycles.
